This simple technique reduces stress that's been stored in your body, often releasing old patterns and negative thoughts immediately. EFT uses the same meridian system that acupuncture uses but is a tool you can use on your own to relieve stress on a daily basis.We'll take a lunch break then spend the afternoon using the THRIVE process as well as body mapping, journaling and meditation.
